I was reflecting recently on a period of my life that ran from the back half of my junior year of college, through the first half of senior year, a time that fizzed with energy, when things felt easy, frictionless, before my brain chemistry reconfigured for depression, before I had real bills to pay.
C A N D Y times.
Of course, the music from that era for me has already been sprinkled across 144 other sessions, so I didn’t feel like another another throwback mix, but I like contemplating that era under that banner.
